Distances

The Klippitztörl is just an hour's drive from Graz or Klagenfurt. In winter, the family ski area offers 6 lifts, a ski school and a few rustic huts to stop off at. It is only 250m from the hut to the slopes. In summer, this is the ideal starting point for hikes through the forests full of mushrooms and berries. The climb up the Geierkogel, Hohenwart or Zirbitzkogel (2100 to 2400m) is an experience that lets you forget the stress of everyday life. Summer toboggan run at the Hohenwart chairlift in 700m, adventure climbing garden and kiddy park 1km. Bad Sankt Leonhard 14km, town of Wolfsberg 20km.

You live in the front part of one of a total of 3 semi-detached houses. Here you are completely separated spatially and have your own entrance. The hut is located on a large meadow, about 10 km above the town of Oberdrauburg, on the edge of the forest, far away from the hustle and bustle and stress. The hut can be reached by car via a 3 km long forest road.

Distances

Two guesthouses within about 4 km, shopping facilities in Oberdrauburg. Ideal starting point for long hikes through forests, to crystal-clear mountain lakes and raised bogs with interesting flora.

Furnishing

The hut has 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms, 1 bunk bed room) and a small living room with a seating area and kitchenette with a wood stove, oven, dishes and access to the covered terrace with seating area. Solar power for light. There is an outhouse next to the hut. Water can be fetched from the well 50m away. There is a barbecue area, wide meadows and forest in front of the hut. Ideal for city dwellers looking for relaxation. Bed linen provided or bring your own, bring towels.

In a completely secluded location, with a wonderful view, in the middle of a red deer enclosure. The hut can be reached via a 2km long forest road that ends at the house.

Distances

The nearest town is Prebl, 6 km away. The historic town of Wolfsberg is 10 km away and has numerous attractions, shops, inns and restaurants. The holiday region is known for its mild climate and many sunny days! Marked hiking trails near the hut, including Saualpe, Koralpe and Klippitztörl, make you want to go hiking every day and can be reached from 20 km away. 190 km of marked cycling and bike tours, one of the most beautiful outdoor pools, a sports centre, golf, horse riding and tennis round off the leisure activities on offer in Wolfsberg. The 2 family ski areas Klippitztörl (20 km away) or Koralpe (30 km away) offer 45 km of slopes in total. The landlord will be happy to organise a hunting experience for you on request!
