Im Winter Zufahrt über die neue Gondel von Bramberg aus und 800m Abfahrt oder Fussweg oder Rodelpartie bis zur Hütte (Rodelverleih bei Vermieter). Den Gepäcktransport erledigt der Vermieter für Sie. Von der Hütte weg können Sie die Talabfahrt nach Neukirchen/Neuhaus nehmen – von dort Gratisskibusverbindung zur Gondelbahn Neukirchen oder gehen ab Hütte zur Mittelstation (800m) hinauf und fahren nach Bramberg ab. Von hier kann man auch in die beleuchtete Rodelbahn nach Bramberg einsteigen! Im Sommer Zufahrt mit PKW (2 Garagenplätze vorhanden). Herrliches Gebiet für Beeren- und Pilzesammler!

Heating with wood-burning stove and solar. Honey from the hut's own beekeeping can be bought in the hut! The incomparable panorama of the Wildkogel is perfectly showcased on the panorama and slide path. But leisurely cyclists and mountain bike enthusiasts will also get their money's worth in the Wildkogel Arena. It's up to you whether you explore the area on your own by bike or take part in a guided mountain bike tour. It's also really exciting on the 4 km long mountain cart route. In our holiday region, a wide WildkogelActive program is offered for young and old, with something for every taste and every weather.

The hut is very sunny and absolutely quiet, in the middle of the ski and hiking area on the Loferer Alm. In summer it can be reached by car (1x toll), in winter via lifts (gondola and chair lift) and a slight incline (luggage transport with the hut owner)

The Galsterberg in Pruggern is a small but fine ski area with many possibilities.
Beginners will enjoy easy, flat slopes, while passionate skiers can let off steam on the 1,200 m long Vorderkar piste, which is rightly considered one of the most beautiful slopes in the entire region.
The Galsterbergalm ski area offers 20km of wide, perfectly groomed slopes and is part of the Dachstein-Tauern ski paradise with 86 cable cars and lifts and 152km of groomed slopes and is also a member of ski amadé (one ski pass for over 760km of slopes and 270 cable cars and lifts). 
Access to the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise from Haus im Ennstal in 9 km. Ski school with childcare at the valley station. The 5 km long illuminated natural toboggan run (one of the longest in Austria) ends at the valley station.

The hut is in a wonderful, quiet, secluded location, surrounded by meadows, at the foot of the Riedingtal. Depending on the snow conditions, access is up to 200m, in summer up to 50m, the last 20m is a steep climb to the hut.

Im Skigebiet ski amade, Skischaukel Flachauwinkel – Zauchensee – Kleinarl ist man in 20min! Die Berge Weißeck, Zwilling und Mosermandl laden zum Wandern ein! Das Riedingtal ist ein Naturpark mit gesundem Höhenklima, im Sommer mit bewirtschafteten Almen und stillen Bergseen. Bei einem Ausflug ins das verkehrsberuhigte Tal kann man den Tälerbus nehmen, zahlreiche größere und kleinere Seen liegen in diesem reizvollen Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Viele bewirtschaftete Almen mit selbstgemachten Produkten laden zur Rast ein.
