About 500m above the valley station, directly in the Lachtal ski and hiking area, but still easily accessible by car. Sunny, with a view of the pond in front of the hut.

Ski slope directly behind the house, ski and snowboard school at the valley station 500m below, cross-country ski trail, illuminated toboggan run and ice skating rink in the immediate vicinity. Shop 300m, ski hut 50m, inns 200m (open during the season). AquaLux thermal baths 30km, golf course 31km. The location is ideal for mountain bikers and hikers.

The cabin is extremely comfortable, tastefully and luxuriously furnished. Ground floor: Modern, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove (induction), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, toaster, bar, dining area, living room with real leather couch, satellite TV and fully automatic fireplace, exit to the terrace. Position

The hut is in a secluded location, directly on the banks of the Gellsee, at the foot of the Lachtal in Styria. The Gellsee is an idyllic raised moor lake where you can also swim in the summer. The lake is only for residents.

Nearest town Oberwölz 12km, Scheifling 16km, Lachtal 3km, In summer ideal for mountain bikers, extensive hikes to managed huts! Right by the lake is a moorland plant educational trail where you can walk on larch wood walkways. 

Furnishing

Ground floor: Entrance to the winter garden with seating area, satellite TV, exit to the lakeside terrace. There is a whirlpool here. Rustic hut parlor with kitchenette with coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, seating area, couch, cozy tiled stove, wood stove, electronic hotplate, oven. Wine fridge with quality wines from the Styrian Kowald winery (farm prices), 1 shower/toilet (hot water via wood stove). Stairs to the top floor (an extra bed 160cm in the staircase) to a triple room with double and single bed and balcony. Wi-Fi available. On the lakeside terrace in front of the hut, next to a seating area and grill, there is also your private whirlpool (with electricity). In the wooden hut next door there is your own sauna. The bio-combination oven offers you 4 treatments: classic sauna hot and dry, herbal steam for the respiratory tract, steam bath wonderfully relaxing and moist for the skin or family bath, which is also suitable for children. From the sauna you can step straight into the natural moor pool with spring water or take a swim in the lake. Next to the hut there is a lawn, fountain and deck chairs. SUP available.

Position

The hut is located in a small forest clearing, completely quiet and alone, above the village of Großsölk, at the foot of the Gumpeneck, in the middle of the Sölktäler Nature Park.

Distances

Next town with shops is Stein an der Enns 8km, managed alpine pastures where you can get butter, cheese, bread (around June - September) from 1 hour walk from the hut! Schladming 27km, Grimmingtherme Bad Mitterndorf 35km, Aich bathing pond 16km, Putterersee 30km, Gröbming swimming pool 14km, Mössna swimming pool 9km. 

Furnishing

The hut consists of one room. In it you will find a seating area, wood stove, sink (cold water), 2 beds. No electricity, solar light. In front of the hut there is a well, seating area, grill, outhouse, small fish pond with trout.

Position

The hut is located in the middle of the top skiing and hiking area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm, about 2 km above the town of Lengau, on a sunny slope, with a wonderful view. The hut can be reached by car all year round via a forest road. In winter, the snow is cleared on the Saturday of arrival/departure (snow chains are still needed!), and only occasionally during the week. There is a garage for 2-3 cars. In winter, the hut can also be reached via the lifts (gondola and chair lift) or on foot (approx. 30 minutes uphill from the middle station).

Ski slope right outside the door! Serviced hut 350m in winter, 1km in summer. Ski school in Hinterglemm. Cross-country ski trail in the village. Shops and restaurants in the village 2km away. Large pond for splashing just 1km below. In summer, wonderful hikes and mountain bike routes from the hut. Own above-ground pool for splashing (diameter approx. 5m/height 1.2m) under the hut.

The hut is located on the sunny slope, in a completely quiet, secluded location above the village of Aich. From up here you can not only enjoy absolute peace and quiet, you also have an incredible view of the Ennstal and can see from the Stoderzinken to Schladming.

Aich town 4km. You will be staying in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein region, which is part of the top ski area Ski Amadé. With one ski pass you can enjoy 760km of slopes! Schladming-Dachstein ski area entrance from the house 5km, Galsterberg family ski area 7km, toboggan run 7km, Aich bathing lake 5km, outdoor pool 10km, tennis 5km, golf course 9km, Schladming indoor pool 15km. Position

The cabin is in a wonderfully sunny, very quiet location on the slope above the town of St. Peter am Kammersberg. Next to it is an empty farmhouse, making it a completely secluded location. The house is nestled in meadows, on the edge of the forest, and is ideal for relaxation. A paved road leads to the house, and the last kilometer is a forest road. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. Although it is in a very quiet location, St. Peter can be reached in just 5 minutes by car.

This alpine nature park offers numerous mountain lakes and managed alpine pastures on an area of 277km2. Here you will find educational trails, guided hikes, a nature museum and numerous cultural events. Cross-country ski trail 6km, tennis court 2.5km, Aich bathing lake 12km, Putterer Lake 20km.
