Mountain Chalet 3 is the perfect chalet for 2-3 families with a large terrace right by the pond, BBQ and a dip in the heated pool! Ground floor: entrance to living area and dining room, open fireplace, Smart TV, sound system, dining table with built-in Teppanyaki grill plates, custom kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine fridge, coffee machine and other essentials. In front of the chalet, large terrace right by the pond with BBQ area (gas), 1 double room with bathtub, shower, toilet. Wellness area with sauna, shower, toilet, exit to the terrace with whirlpool. Position

This hut is located in the middle of the Postalm between Abtenau and Strobl on Lake Wolfgang. On an alpine meadow, in a sunny, secluded location. The neighboring huts are about 200m away. The hut can be reached up to 200m via a toll road. As of 2024: Winter from Strobl € 10.00/person € 5.00/child or from Abtenau € 17.00/car. Summer from Strobl € 17.00 per car or from Abtenau € 13.00/car. In winter: the toll is refunded when you buy a lift ticket. In winter access up to 200m, in summer you can drive the last 200m to the hut via a forest path/meadow path.

Distances

Nearest town Abtenau 15km or Strobl on Lake Wolfgangsee 15km. Postalm ski area with ski school, fun park, ski rental, high-altitude trails (up to 15km long!), 8 lifts and 20km of groomed slopes within 1.5km. Leave your car behind: free ski bus service! The Postalm is particularly popular with families, and is also ideal for cross-country skiers and ski tourers! In summer, there are circular hiking trails, the via ferrata in the Postalm Gorge, mountain bike tours, swimming under the waterfall or trips to one of the numerous managed huts and to the Salzkammergut. Lake Wolfgangsee can be reached by car in 30 minutes. Fresh farm products are available within 1.5km in summer.

Fun for young and old! Zoom through the Kitzbühel Alps using only gravity and safely secured by braking. Town of Neukirchen 6km: train station, shopping, swimming pool, tennis, bike rental, horse riding. Own fish pond (fishing for a fee) 50m. Owner's inn 3km. Position

The hut is located in the north-eastern part of the Mühlviertel, about 6 km from Liebenau, in a very quiet, sunny, secluded location. Liebenau is the highest town in Upper Austria and, with the Tannermoor nature reserve, the largest forest raised bog in Austria! 

Distances

Liebenau with shops, inn, tennis 6km. In winter, the hut is only 10 minutes by car from 3 family ski areas! Both the Liebenau ski lifts and the Aichelberg lifts Karlstift and Viehberg offer the best slopes, a children's area and a ski school. From the sun terrace of the ski hut you can marvel at the skills of the little ones. The Liebenau ski lift also offers a fun park and floodlit skiing. The high plateau is also ideal for cross-country skiing and skating! In the region there are over 280km (some with floodlights) parallel trails with cozy guest rooms to linger in! In summer, the hut is ideal for hikes and bike tours! E-bike rental in the village! Romantic natural bathing lake Rubener Teich only 10km. The area also has an extensive network of bridle paths! Visit the landlord's organic farm with about 50 Galloway cattle, 3 pigs, 4 horses, chickens, cats and 3 dogs within 2km.
