The hut is located on a large meadow, about 10 km above the town of Oberdrauburg, on the edge of the forest, far away from the hustle and bustle and stress. The hut can be reached by car via a 3 km long forest road.

The hut has 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms, 1 bunk bed room) and a small living room with a seating area and kitchenette with a wood stove, oven, dishes and access to the covered terrace with seating area. Solar power for light. There is an outhouse next to the hut. Water can be fetched from the well 50m away. There is a barbecue area, wide meadows and forest in front of the hut. Ideal for city dwellers looking for relaxation. Bed linen provided or bring your own, bring towels.

The hut is in a wonderful, quiet, secluded location, surrounded by meadows, at the foot of the Riedingtal. Depending on the snow conditions, access is up to 200m, in summer up to 50m, the last 20m is a steep climb to the hut.

Ground floor: farmhouse parlor with seating areas by the cozy tiled stove, satellite TV, CD radio, bar for tapping beer (for the house's own barrels). Rear entrance to the ski depot with ski boot dryer, cloakroom.
