The holiday home is situated in a wonderful, quiet, sunny, secluded location, surrounded by meadows, next to an empty stable, above the village of St. Salvator, at the foot of the Grebenzen.

Distances

The nearest town for shopping is Friesach, 7km away. In summer, the castle courtyard games and the spectacle, unique in Austria, take place here. Ideal starting point for hikes to the top of the Grebenzen or to the Kuhalpe. Lake Längsee 20km away, golf, thermal baths, horse riding, fishing 5-10km away.

The holiday home is located above Zwickenberg, in the municipality of Oberdrauburg, on the edge of the forest, in absolute peace and quiet! The first glance from the new terrace at the fantastic, wide view of the valley will clear your head and you can finally relax!

Oberdrauburg with inn, cafe, shops, swimming pool, tennis 6km away. Inns, wine tavern in Zwickenberg 3km away. Long hikes directly from the house! Swimming lake 24km away. On the Drau cycle path down in Oberdrauburg you can cycle to Lienz or Spittal, and you can also return by train! Next to the house there is an empty building with a garage that can be used.

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of Kolbnitz, very quiet, at the foot of the Danielsberg.

Distances

Kolbnitz with shops, tennis, ice skating rink, swimming pool, riding stables, cross-country ski trails, drag lift 2km. From the town, the Kreuzeckbahn cable car takes you over the 2,237m high Schoberboden to the mountain station. This trip is the starting point for wonderful hikes to reservoirs and managed alpine pastures with fantastic views. The Grossglockner-Mölltal cycle path passes nearby. Entry point for a rafting tour on the Möll is nearby. Mölltal glacier with skiing fun from October to May 25km. Shuttle bus to the glacier in the town! Millstätter See 19km.

Position

The holiday home is located in Lower Austria, very quiet, about 5 km from Scheiblingkirchen. Opposite is the landlord's organic farm with sheep and chickens (fresh eggs). Here you can get juices, jams, herbal teas, dried fruit, sometimes mutton and fresh bread. Visit the Arche Noah show garden with rare types of fruit. The path past the house leads through the villages and is rarely, only occasionally, used.

Distances

Nearest town Scheiblingkirchen 5km, Innerschildgraben inn 3km, Seebenstein swimming pool 10km, indoor pool and sauna in Scheiblingkirchen 5km, tennis 5km. In winter the areas of St Corona, Mariensee or Mönichkirchen can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Hiking and biking trails from the hut!

The farmhouse from 1870 has been lovingly, lavishly and tastefully renovated. The house is very spacious and has many lovely details that make up the living atmosphere. Ground floor: the old "smoke kitchen" has been modernized and has an electric stove, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle. Position

In a wonderfully quiet alpine landscape, completely alone, directly in the Dachstein-West ski and hiking area, about 500m above the middle station of the Hornspitzbahn. In winter, take the four-seater chairlift to the middle station. The landlord will help you transport your luggage with his car. In summer, access is possible with your own car via a 4km forest road. 4 ascents and descents are included in the hut rental, each additional ascent/descent € 22.80. Due to the location on the edge of a raised bog, the air is aromatic and enriched with lots of oxygen, making the hut ideal for asthma sufferers!

Distances

Ski area accessible from the hut on skis (500m). Nearest inn 500m (open in winter). Ski school at the valley station, cross-country ski trail 3km away. Shops in town 7km away. In summer, wonderful hikes and trips to the Gosau lakes beckon. There is also a pond above the hut, which provides great cooling in summer!

The hut is isolated, sunny and quiet, about 4 km from Reichraming. The untouched nature of the Kalkalpen National Park is ideal for families, hikers and mountain bikers!

Reichraming with shops, bakery, inn, swimming pool, tennis, riding stables 4km away. The region offers a lot of culture and sights. River swimming pool (Reichramingbach with drinking water quality!). Pedal boat and rowing boat rental in the village. Fly fishing, guided mountain hikes, via ferrata 2km away.
