The hut is in a secluded location, directly on the banks of the Gellsee, at the foot of the Lachtal in Styria. The Gellsee is an idyllic raised moor lake where you can also swim in the summer. The lake is only for residents.

Rustic hut parlor with kitchenette with coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, seating area, couch, cozy tiled stove, wood stove, electronic hotplate, oven. Wine fridge with quality wines from the Styrian Kowald winery (farm prices), 1 shower/toilet (hot water via wood stove). Stairs to the top floor (an extra bed 160cm in the staircase) to a triple room with double and single bed and balcony. Wi-Fi available. On the lakeside terrace in front of the hut, next to a seating area and grill, there is also your private whirlpool (with electricity). In the wooden hut next door there is your own sauna. The bio-combination oven offers you 4 treatments: classic sauna hot and dry, herbal steam for the respiratory tract, steam bath wonderfully relaxing and moist for the skin or family bath, which is also suitable for children. From the sauna you can step straight into the natural moor pool with spring water or take a swim in the lake. Next to the hut there is a lawn, fountain and deck chairs. SUP available.

Position

The hut is located in the middle of the top skiing and hiking area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm, about 2 km above the town of Lengau, on a sunny slope, with a wonderful view. The hut can be reached by car all year round via a forest road. In winter, the snow is cleared on the Saturday of arrival/departure (snow chains are still needed!), and only occasionally during the week. There is a garage for 2-3 cars. In winter, the hut can also be reached via the lifts (gondola and chair lift) or on foot (approx. 30 minutes uphill from the middle station).

Ski slope right outside the door! Serviced hut 350m in winter, 1km in summer. Ski school in Hinterglemm. Cross-country ski trail in the village. Shops and restaurants in the village 2km away. Large pond for splashing just 1km below. In summer, wonderful hikes and mountain bike routes from the hut. Own above-ground pool for splashing (diameter approx. 5m/height 1.2m) under the hut.

Lachtal ski area 1 km, small shop, inn 1 km (in season), otherwise the nearest town, Oberwölz, 10 km. Cross-country ski trail and toboggan run 1 km. In summer ideal for mountain bikers, extensive hikes to managed huts directly from the house!

Position

The holiday home is located on the edge of the forest, about 2 km from Rettenegg in a wonderful, absolutely quiet, secluded location. The holiday home covers an area of almost 1.5 hectares. Around 1000 m² around the holiday home are completely fenced. Next to the house there is a very beautifully preserved empty stable building. 

Distances

Rettenegg with inns, indoor swimming pool (summer only), supermarket, shops 2km. Natural swimming pond 2km. Stuhleck or Semmering ski areas 20km each. Sankt Kathrein am Hauenstein approx. 15 min. drive. In winter, the house is an ideal starting point for ski tourers planning tours on Stuhleck, Pretul or Hochwechsel. In summer, long hikes and excursions through the Joglland to Hochwechsel, Stuhleck, Pretul or directly to the town of Rettenegg from the house. The area offers many mountain bike routes.

About 500 m above the World Cup venue Schladming, right in the center of the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region and in the middle of the "Ski amadé" with the largest range of slopes and lifts in Austria (760 km of slopes and 270 lifts), there are 10 comfortable huts for up to 24 people (SKI-STM), 1 apartment on the first floor of the reception hut (APT-STM) for up to 12 people and 4 luxury chalets (SNO-STM, SNA-STM) on 22,000 m². On the ground floor of the reception hut there is a shop (open during peak season), where you can buy drinks, baked goods, bread rolls, pizzas, groceries or cigarettes. The huts are located in the middle of the Schladming Tauern with gentle green alpine valleys, fresh air, magnificent limestone walls of the glaciated Dachstein, countless peaks and 300 mountain lakes!

Schladming with excellent restaurants, pubs, après ski, shops, bakery 500 m. The piste leads directly past the huts, descent 300 m to the Planai West lifts or chairlift (Hochwurzen). Position

Direkt im familienfreundlichen Ski- und Wandergebiet Galsterberg entstand 2020 das gemütliche Almresort Sommerschnee mit fünf aus massivem Holzbau gefertigten Almhütten. Sie liegen auf einem Hochplateau, an der Bergstation der Gondelbahn, direkt an der Piste und Rodelbahn, gegenüber dem Kinderland und der Skischule. Genießen Sie autofreies „winterwonderland“! Im Winter sind die Hütten bequem über die Gondelbahn (auch mit Kleinkind, Rodel oder Kinderwagen) erreichbar. Ihr PKW bleibt am Parkplatz neben der Talstation (gratis). Von der Bergstation wird Ihnen das Gepäck direkt zur Hütte gebracht. Tipp: beim Kauf einer Mehrtageskarte (ab 3Tage) ist die An- und Areise am Samstag inklusive. Im Sommer kann man über die 5 km lange Bergstraße, die im Winter zur Rodelbahn genutzt wird, direkt zufahren.

Die Hütten sind direkt im familienfreundlichen Ski- und Wandergebiet Galsterberg, rund 10 km oberhalb von Pruggern im Ennstal. Das Skigebiet Galsterberg ist Mitglied von Ski Amadé, die Skischaukel Schladming-Dachstein erreichen Sie ab Talstation Pruggern in 9 km. Gasthaus mit Sonnenterrasse (nur Winterbetrieb) 50 m, Kinderland mit Spielplatz 50 m, Skischulsammelplatz direkt gegenüber. Brötchenservice können Sie an der Rezeption bestellen und dann von der Gondelbahn in nur 20m abholen. Die 5 km lange, beleuchtete Rodelbahn startet direkt vor den Hütten. Rodelverleih am Gasthof. Die Gondel fährt im Winter täglich von 8:30 – 16:15 und von Ende Dezember bis März auch Dienstag, Donnerstag, Samstag abends 19:00 – 21:30. Romantischer Winterwanderweg direkt ab Hütte. Im Sommer genießen Sie die Natur auf 1.600 m. Die Gondelbahn fährt im Sommer nicht, die Hütten sind direkt mit PKW erreichbar. Bewirtschaftete Hütte 1 km oberhalb. Weite Wanderungen ab Hütte. Hinter den Hütten kleines Bächlein, ideal zum Planschen, Speicherteich 500 m oberhalb. Reitstall, Tennisplatz im Ort. Furnishing

The five huts are built in a modern style. From the entrance hall with ski boot dryer you enter the basement. Here you will find 2 double rooms with shower/WC and 1 room with bunk bed, as well as the pine sauna. On the upper floor there is a double room with shower/WC right next to the living room. In the spacious attic you can enjoy the view of the mountain landscape through the large panoramic windows, and you can see the sun rising from the couch corner. The cozy parlor has a seating area by the fireplace, a kitchenette with bar, equipped with electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, large dining table. From the living room you come to the covered terrace, where you also have a large table and a kettle grill. The beds are made of pine wood, directly from the region. The sloping roof is covered with pine wood and gives the hut a homely scent. Ski room, WiFi, satellite TV available. Central heating air heat pump. We ask that you do not smoke in the huts! On an area of 24,000 m² there are seven comfortable large huts (type SEP-STM) for up to 24 people and six luxurious smaller huts (type SPA-STM) for up to 12 people, as well as a reception hut with an apartment (APA-STM) for up to 10 people on the upper floor and a shop on the ground floor (open during peak season) with bread roll service, drinks, baked goods, groceries, cigarettes. The huts are in a very quiet and sunny location on a high plateau with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, the Ennstal and the Dachstein.

The huts are in the middle of the family-friendly Galsterberg ski and hiking area, 5km above the town of Pruggern. Accessible by car all year round. Pruggern is in the Ennstal, about 14km from Schladming and only 100km from the festival city of Salzburg. Village shop in Pruggern, supermarket 10km away. The Galsterberg ski area offers 20km of wide, perfectly groomed slopes and is part of the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise with 86 cable cars and lifts and 152km of groomed slopes and is also a member of ski amadé (one ski pass for over 760km of slopes and 270 cable cars and lifts). Access to the Schladming-Dachstein ski paradise from Haus im Ennstal in 10km. The 5km long illuminated natural toboggan run (one of the longest in Austria) runs past the huts! The modern building with a total of 12 apartments was planned and built as part of an architectural competition. The large windows make you feel at one with the nature outside. You live in the highest mountain village in Styria, the access to the house is asphalted, and you can park your car directly in front of the house. 

Distances

The Planneralm is the highest ski and mountain village in Styria and is located in Upper Styria. The Planneralm ski area is only 150m away. In winter, the region offers 100% guaranteed snow with a unique natural snow concept. Not only families with children feel at home here, the freerider scene also finds fun off the beaten track. The ski area offers 5 lifts and 16 km of slopes. In summer, the Planneralm is transformed into a natural power place with many quiet hiking trails for true mountain lovers. The lifts are not in operation in summer. Secure your place at an altitude of 1,600 meters for fun, relaxation and nature experiences for the whole family. Comfortable hiking trails to managed alpine pastures directly from the house, panoramic lake path to the lake. There are signposted running trails throughout the area. Balance course for children in the village. Shops in Donnersbach in 16km, Irdning 17km, town of Schladming 50km, Planneralm ski school on site, sports shop on site. 

Furnishing

There are a total of 12 identical apartments on 2 floors in the house. One apartment offers space for 1 to 5 or 6 people on around 41m2. There is a kitchen with an electric stove (2 hotplates), mini oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Right next to it is a double bed. 1 room with either 2 bunk beds or bunk and loft beds. 1 shower, 1 toilet. Wi-Fi, TV available. We ask you not to smoke in the apartment. Also common for everyone: lounge with couch and play area. This room is also often used as a seminar room. Finnish sauna for 6-8 people for self-service (main sauna times 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.) with relaxation room, shower, toilet. Shoe dryer room, ski storage room. Bed linen/towel set available, price includes €85 final cleaning.
