In a panoramic, secluded location, on a high plateau, with a view of the beautiful Tyrolean Lech Valley. By December 2020, a total of 9 individual luxury chalets and a main building with reception and a wine lounge were built on a 15,000m2 forest and meadow plot.

Jöchelspitze ski area with 5 kilometers of slopes and a unique panoramic view of the Lech Valley just a few meters from the hut. Far away from the hustle and bustle, our ultra-modern 8-seater cable car takes you comfortably towards a wonderful day of skiing. Untouched snow slopes await ski tourers, while cross-country skiers leave their tracks on extensive panoramic routes. 34 winter routes lead winter hikers to the most beautiful destinations in the nature park region. In 20 minutes by car (30 km) you can also reach Warth and thus the largest connected ski area in Austria: Ski Arlberg! 305 spectacular kilometers of ski slopes offer winter sports enthusiasts almost endless possibilities. The Lech Valley is a natural jewel. Crystal-clear water and rushing streams, flowering alpine meadows and impressive gorges, high alpine peaks and lovely hiking trails, the turquoise-blue Lech is considered the last wild river in the Northern Limestone Alps. The Jöchelspitzbahn takes you up to 1800m even in summer. Leisure cyclists and mountain bikers can enjoy wonderful panoramic trails on a total of 27 bike routes and on the Lech cycle path. It almost goes without saying that fans of rafting and kayaking feel at home on the Lech. In summer, the Lechtal Active Card is included, which can be used for numerous activities throughout the nature park. A crystal-clear mountain lake also glitters in the village.

The chalet is unique and furnished with great attention to detail. The exquisite interior design creates a special flair and a lot of hut magic. On one floor you will find the open cooking and dining area with corner bench and fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances, coffee machine. A bedroom with double bed (180×200). Bathroom with shower, toilet. In front of the chalet there is a sun terrace with a unique view, stainless steel hot pot, outdoor sauna and luxury LaKra grill tray. Also: flat screen TV, sound system, tablet, binoculars for observing wildlife and the starry sky. In the morning, the fresh alpine breakfast is delivered directly to the chalet. Additional offer: We are also happy to deliver ingredients for summer grilled dishes including recipe ideas on request. The boss will be happy to personally provide a fine selection of beer and wine in the chalet if you wish.

High up, above the Murtal, in the middle of the alpine pastures, with an incredibly wide panoramic view. Enjoy the peace and quiet. Next to it is an empty stable and a few sparsely inhabited alpine huts. The hut can be reached via a well-developed forest road.

Fischen in ca. 12km (Bodendorf), Rafting direkt im Ort (Anmeldung im Gasthof), viele Wanderwege in der Umgebung.

Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Radio, Fernseher (Kabel) vorhanden (Betrieb mit Solarstrom). UG: neues Badezimmer mit DU und WC. OG: 1 Vierbettzimmer mit 4 Einzelbetten, 1 Dreibettzimmer mit Doppelbett (140×200) und Einzelbett. Heizung mit dem Holzofen, Warmwasser mit Badeofen, Solarstrom. Vor der Hütte Wiese, Sitzbank, Liegestuhl, Griller und weite Almweiden mit herrlicher Fernsicht. Hier gibt es eine selbstgebaute Kegelbahn und einen kleinen Spielplatz! Im Sommer bieten die Vermieter Sirup, Marmelade, Likör, Bier, Limo und Speck an!

Position

In the sunny south of Salzburg, Unternberg in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve is a perfect holiday destination in both summer and winter. You will live in the new, long extension on the side, on the entire upper floor, with your own entrance. There is a meadow, garden and a view of the Gfrereteich lake around the house. 

Distances

The holiday home is in an ideal location! The surrounding ski areas with 300 km of slopes can also be reached by ski bus (station 300m away). Katschberg Aineck ski area 6km, Großeck-Speiereck 9km, Obertauern 25km. Direct access to the cross-country ski trail from the house! A well-marked network of hiking and biking trails leads to around 60 crystal-clear mountain lakes and over 70 managed alpine huts. Other activities such as golf (6km), horse riding, paragliding or climbing round off the range of activities in the Salzburg Lungau. Tip: the 5.5 hectare Prebersee, a paradise for anglers, is 14 km away. The circular hiking trail with the inn is particularly popular with families. In the idyllic village of Unternberg there is an inn, right next to a tennis court and the Gfrererteich for splashing around. In winter you can often ice skate here too! The nearest larger town is Tamsweg 6km, St Michael 8km. The accommodation is the ideal starting point for family hikes, theme trails and nature trails, sleigh rides, mountain or e-bike tours. A cultural attraction is Moosham Castle with guided tours and a model airfield.

You live in the newly built cross-wing and here the entire upper floor. On one floor you will find: living room with kitchenette, perfectly equipped with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave. Sitting area, satellite TV, WiFi. 2 double rooms, 1 room with single bed and extra bed if required. Central heating. In front of the house there is a large garden with seating, grill, deck chairs. From the garden you can go straight to the pond of the neighboring guest house. There are also fish in it, it is probably too cold for swimming, but certainly perfect for cooling off and splashing around! In winter you can often ice skate here and the landlord is also happy to have guests!

Skiing in St. Michael is an experience. The 4 ski areas Aineck, Katschberg, Fanningberg and Grosseck-Speiereck offer over 220 km of slopes and 50 lifts! 
Fantastic deep snow slopes and perfectly groomed slopes of all levels of difficulty offer fun for beginners and professionals. The 6-seater Samson cable car, the longest chairlift in the world on the Fanningberg, the 8-seater gondola lift with a 4 km long valley run in the Grosseck-Speiereck ski area and a boarder park for snowboarders on the Aineck make the St. Michael holiday region a top ski region.

The Salzburg Lungau is nestled between the Radstädter Tauern and the Carinthian Nockberge. Position

Ski-in, ski-out, just as you wish. The hut is in the middle of the Wildkogel ski and hiking area, in the far west of Salzburg, very sunny, quiet, in a completely secluded location. In winter, take the Smaragdbahn from Bramberg or the Neukirchen gondola and a short descent to the hut (not very suitable for non-skiers). In winter, you can park your car for free in Bramberg directly opposite the Smaragdbahn (approx. 200m away). In summer, you can drive your own car from Bramberg along a 15km forest path (1x barrier fee per week, €60 per car) to the hut, where there is a car parking space in the pasture area (fenced, but without liability) or you can also take the gondola and walk about 20 minutes down to the hut. 

Distances

Piste and ski area right outside the door, ski school on site by the gondola lift! In winter there are a few managed huts in the ski area in the immediate vicinity. The longest toboggan run in the world goes from the Wildkogel to the town of Bramberg, an incredible 14km and with an altitude difference of 1300m. There is also an evening toboggan run here 3 times a week (not included in the ski pass) and the run is illuminated until 10pm. In summer it is an ideal starting point for long hikes or bike tours around the Wildkogel area, into the numerous side valleys and through the Hohe Tauern National Park with waterfalls, mountain lakes and many managed alpine pastures. The hut is the ideal starting point for e-bike tours or bike and hike tours. There are countless ways to ride and hike the surrounding mountains, peaks and side valleys. The nearest places for shopping are Neukirchen or Bramberg (in winter) can be reached by gondola lift or in summer by car to Bramberg in 15km.

On varied hikes of varying difficulty levels, you can get to know the beautiful landscape of our holiday region, the Hohe Tauern National Park, in a sporty way, while looking at the many impressive peaks of the Hohe Tauern. The incomparable panorama of the Wildkogel is perfectly showcased on the panorama and slide path. But leisurely cyclists and mountain bike enthusiasts will also get their money's worth in the Wildkogel Arena. It's up to you whether you explore the area on your own by bike or take part in a guided mountain bike tour. It's also really exciting on the 4 km long mountain cart route. In our holiday region, a wide WildkogelActive program is offered for young and old, with something for every taste and every weather.
After a great day of hiking or biking, you can look forward to numerous restaurants on the mountain and in the valleys during your summer holiday in the Wildkogel Arena, which will prepare delicious Pinzgau dishes in a cozy atmosphere. Position

The hut is located above Kitzbühel, directly in the Kitzbüheler Horn ski area, in the Trattalmmulde. In winter, travel with the Kitzbüheler Hornbahn to the "Alpenhaus" mountain station, from here a short descent on skis to the hut or you can easily take the Alpenhaus chairlift down into the hollow and walk only about 100m to the hut. You park your car in the lift car park (fees apply). The location is ideal for sporty skiers but also for families and the hut is also easily accessible for non-skiers. Tip: You can order a piste machine from the mountain railways in advance to take your luggage from the Alpenhaus to the hut. Costs as of 2022: 1 hour €163 (approx. 40 minutes are charged, so €125) and €0.42/kg each (1 suitcase 20kg therefore €8.40).

Distances

Ski area directly in front of the hut, children's slope (baby lift, drag lift, conveyor belt) directly below the hut and easily accessible on foot. Next serviced hut Alpenhaus (chair lift top station). Kitzbühel 7km (accessible in winter by cable car during operating hours).

FurnishingOur farmhouse is constantly being renovated and is perfectly equipped for self-catering groups. Ground floor: farmhouse parlor with seating areas by the cozy tiled stove, satellite TV, CD radio, bar for tapping beer (for the house's own barrels). A connecting corridor leads to the new wellness area built to the side of the house with the panoramic sauna, shower/WC and a terrace with deck chairs and a natural stone pool with spring water! From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view down into the valley and St. Michael. There is also a grill and a playground in the garden. The ski school can pick up the children on request! Spring-autumn: for bookings of up to 21 people the 2nd floor is closed, for bookings of up to 9 people all rooms on the ground floor are available.

Our tap water is of drinking water quality and is checked annually by the authorities. We do not have to buy water in PET bottles - this way we avoid plastic waste. If you still want mineral water or lemonade, you can order it on site. Our nearby brewery is happy to supply us with freshly tapped beer and lemonade.

Skiing in St. Michael is an experience. The 4 ski areas Aineck, Katschberg, Fanningberg and Grosseck-Speiereck offer over 220 km of slopes and 50 lifts! 
Fantastic deep snow slopes and perfectly groomed slopes of all levels of difficulty offer fun for beginners and professionals. The 6-seater Samson cable car, the longest chairlift in the world on the Fanningberg, the 8-seater gondola lift with a 4 km long valley run in the Grosseck-Speiereck ski area and a boarder park for snowboarders on the Aineck make the St. Michael holiday region a top ski region.
