This holiday home is located on the outskirts of St. Michael, in Lungau, in the sunny southern part of Salzburg.
Distances
St. Michael with shops, bakery, swimming pool, tennis 800m. The Lungau offers 5 ski areas with a total of over 220 km of slopes and 50 lifts. Fantastic deep snow slopes and perfectly groomed runs of all levels of difficulty offer fun for beginners and professionals. Katschberg 2km, Speiereck 2.5km. The free ski bus stops 100m away! In summer, there are countless ways to get out and about in the unspoilt nature in the Salzburg Lungau, with hiking and cycling being among the absolute favorites in the Lungau alpine summer. A well-marked network of hiking and biking trails leads to around 60 crystal-clear mountain lakes and over 70 managed alpine huts. Extensive trekking tours are also a wonderful way to explore the region in Austria's highest e-bike region with around 150 e-bikes spread across several rental stations and around 100 battery charging stations. Other activities such as golf, horse riding, paragliding and climbing round off the range of activities in the Salzburg Lungau. Tip: the 5.5 hectare Prebersee, a paradise for anglers, is 25 km away. The circular hiking trail around the lake is popular with families, and the hut on the lake spoils you with local cuisine!

Cozy farmhouse parlor made of pine wood with large table, cable TV, couch and tiled stove and exit to the terrace. 1 double room with terrace, 1 single room with terrace, bathroom with tub, toilet. Mezzanine: 1 triple room with 1 double bed, shower and stairs to the attic with 1 single bed. 1st floor: 1 double room with balcony, 1 twin room with balcony, shower, toilet. Second room with seating area, couch, balcony, kitchenette with electric stove, refrigerator, cable TV and stairs to 1 double room, shower, toilet. 1 double room with small kitchen and stairs to the attic with 2 single beds with shower and toilet. Wood central heating. In front of the house there is a sun terrace, garden and seating area.
