The farmhouse was completely renovated in 2019 and very luxuriously furnished. On one floor you will find 1 double room with bathroom with shower and extra toilet. 1 triple room, 1 quadruple room with double and bunk bed and couch. All rooms with satellite TV. Large living room with seating area and kitchenette perfectly equipped with electric stove, oven, wood stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle. Underfloor heating. Above the village of Frankenfels in the Pielachtal, in a wonderfully quiet location, on the edge of the forest, opposite the landlord's farm.

Distances

Frankenfels, 3km away, is a hiking paradise in the Mostviertel with 80km of marked trails, about 40km south of St. Pölten. Hochbärneck ski area 21km, Annaberg 30km and, depending on snow conditions, Turmkogel ski area 18km. Climbing gardens 1km, mountain bike trails from the village, outdoor pool, tennis 3km. Hike to the Eibeckalm hut 2.5km, Nixhöhle 4km.

Position

The holiday home is located in Lower Austria, very quiet, about 5 km from Scheiblingkirchen. Opposite is the landlord's organic farm with sheep and chickens (fresh eggs). Here you can get juices, jams, herbal teas, dried fruit, sometimes mutton and fresh bread. Visit the Arche Noah show garden with rare types of fruit. The path past the house leads through the villages and is rarely, only occasionally, used.

Nearest town Scheiblingkirchen 5km, Innerschildgraben inn 3km, Seebenstein swimming pool 10km, indoor pool and sauna in Scheiblingkirchen 5km, tennis 5km. In winter the areas of St Corona, Mariensee or Mönichkirchen can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Hiking and biking trails from the hut!

The farmhouse from 1870 has been lovingly, lavishly and tastefully renovated. The house is very spacious and has many lovely details that make up the living atmosphere.
