Position

In a completely secluded location, with a wonderful view, in the middle of a red deer enclosure. The hut can be reached via a 2km long forest road that ends at the house.

Distances

The nearest town is Prebl, 6 km away. The historic town of Wolfsberg is 10 km away and has numerous attractions, shops, inns and restaurants. The holiday region is known for its mild climate and many sunny days! Marked hiking trails near the hut, including Saualpe, Koralpe and Klippitztörl, make you want to go hiking every day and can be reached from 20 km away. 190 km of marked cycling and bike tours, one of the most beautiful outdoor pools, a sports centre, golf, horse riding and tennis round off the leisure activities on offer in Wolfsberg. The 2 family ski areas Klippitztörl (20 km away) or Koralpe (30 km away) offer 45 km of slopes in total. The landlord will be happy to organise a hunting experience for you on request!

First floor: 1 double room made of pine wood, 1 twin room. In the attic room there is a TV room with satellite TV and balcony. In front of the cabin there is a terrace with a whirlpool and a wonderful view. Basement: panoramic sauna with a wide view of the valley, shower/toilet. Washing machine, small kitchen with access to the covered arbor. There is a very comfortable seating area with a grill where you can enjoy the wide view! Heating with a tiled stove or fully automatic oil central heating.

Flat rate for electricity and heating costs (including whirlpool, sauna and final cleaning) € 100/week, local tax currently € 2.20/person/night, pet € 35. Bed linen € 7/set and towels € 3/set can be rented.
