Cancellation agreement
A lot can happen before your stay, which is why we offer you a cancellation contract with your booking with Hüttenpartner, which you can use to avoid or reduce cancellation costs in accordance with the following conditions! The cancellation costs can amount to a considerable part of the rental costs. This is our offer to waive them in whole or in part for a significantly lower fee if you withdraw for certain circumstances within your sphere of influence.

Please note
For groups of more than 6 people, the fee will be calculated with a surcharge of 1% of the rental cost, for groups of 15 people or more, a surcharge of 2% of the rental cost will be calculated.
Cancellation contract – information
If you cancel a booked rental, cancellation fees may be due. By concluding a cancellation agreement, we will waive the cancellation fees in whole or in part if the cancellation occurs for one of the following reasons that only occurred after the rental agreement and this cancellation agreement were concluded:

- Sudden, serious illness, serious health consequences of an accident or sudden death of the tenant or his/her spouse, child, parents or a person named in the list of participants, which make it impossible to start the stay in the rental property.
- In the event of pregnancy of the tenant or a person named in the list of participants, which makes it impossible for them to start their stay in the rental property.
- Loss of employment through no fault of the tenant due to termination of employment by the employer of the tenant or of a person named in the list of participants.
Validity of the cancellation contract
The contract becomes valid when the fee has been transferred and the completed list of participants has been returned. Payment is due at the same time as the deposit for the rental contract. If the contract is concluded more than 301 days before the start of the rental, the list of participants must be received by us within 4 weeks of the booking date at the latest, otherwise within one week. The validity ends on the day before the start of the booked stay in the rental property. The cancellation contract only covers circumstances that occur to a person named on the list of participants. If the participants subsequently change, circumstances that affect newly added persons are therefore not covered by the cancellation contract.
What should be done if one of the events covered by the cancellation contract occurs?
Please notify us immediately in writing of your cancellation and the reasons for it and send us the certificate for the occurrence of the event that caused the cancellation (medical test with diagnosis and/or other documents) without delay, but no later than one working day before the day of arrival.
Cancellation notices only become effective on the day they are received in writing. Notices received outside of our office hours as stated on the homepage are only deemed to have been received at the start of the next working day. The last day to cancel the cabin is 1 working day before arrival. If you are negligent in submitting a late cancellation notice or confirmation of the reason for cancellation, you will lose your rights under the cancellation contract.
Danger! A partial cancellation is not possible, you must return the entire cabin and cancel the contract.
Rights arising from the cancellation agreement
- If you cancel your reservation no later than 56 days before the start of your booked stay in the rental property, we will waive the contractual cancellation fee in full and refund any payments already made for the rental (the booking fee and the cancellation contract fee will not be refunded).
- If you cancel within 55 days of the start of your booked stay in the rental property, we will reduce your cancellation fee to 20% of the rental price and refund any payments made for the rental to the extent that they exceed the reduced cancellation rate (the booking fee and the cancellation contract fee are non-refundable).
