Position<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

About 500m above the World Cup venue Schladming, right in the center of the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region and in the middle of the "Ski amad\u00e9" with the largest range of slopes and lifts in Austria (760km of slopes and 270 lifts), there are 10 comfortable huts for up to 24 people (SKI-STM), 1 apartment on the first floor of the reception hut (APT-STM) for up to 12 people and 4 luxury chalets (SNO-STM, SNA-STM) on 22,000m\u00b2. On the ground floor of the reception hut there is a shop (open during peak season), where you can buy drinks, baked goods, bread rolls, pizzas, groceries or cigarettes. The huts are located in the middle of the Schladming Tauern with gentle green alpine valleys, fresh air, magnificent limestone walls of the glaciated Dachstein, countless peaks and 300 mountain lakes!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Distances<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schladming with excellent restaurants, pubs, apr\u00e8s ski, shops, bakery 500m. The piste leads directly past the huts, descent 300m to the Planai West lifts or chairlift (Hochwurzen). In the hut village there is a 300m\u00b2 swimming pond and a small playground. Wonderful hiking or mountain bike routes from the house, golf 6km, rafting 3km, ski school 300m. Charging station for your electric car (22kw, type 2) on site!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furnishing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cabins are made of wood, are homely and very comfortably furnished. Ground floor: Large cabin parlor with seating areas, fireplace. Fully equipped kitchenette with electric stove, oven, microwave, 2 refrigerators, freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and beer tap (for the village's own barrels). If you don't want to cook yourself, we'll be happy to organize a private chef for you! He comes from Schladming and will spoil you with delicious food, preferably with local produce and at fair prices. From the parlor there is an exit to the sun terrace with seating and grill. There are also 2 rooms, each with a double bed and pull-out couch (160x200cm). Bathroom with 2 showers and sauna. 1 toilet. First floor: 4 rooms for 2-4 people with double bed and pull-out couch (160x200cm), 3 showers\/toilets. Central heating, some with underfloor heating. DVD-CD player, satellite TV and WiFi, heated ski boot dryer available. High chair and cot (foldable travel cot 60x120cm) available on request. We ask you not to smoke in the cabins!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Electricity according to consumption \u20ac 0.50\/kwh, overnight stay tax \u20ac 2.50 + running costs currently \u20ac 1\/person\/night, final cleaning \u20ac 250. Pet \u20ac 70\/stay. Deposit \u20ac 800. Bed linen if required \u20ac 8, towel set \u20ac 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
