About 500 m above the World Cup venue Schladming, right in the center of the Schladming-Dachstein holiday region and in the middle of the "Ski amad\u00e9" with the largest range of slopes and lifts in Austria (760 km of slopes and 270 lifts), there are 10 comfortable huts for up to 24 people (SKI-STM), 1 apartment on the first floor of the reception hut (APT-STM) for up to 12 people and 4 luxury chalets (SNO-STM, SNA-STM) on 22,000 m\u00b2. On the ground floor of the reception hut there is a shop (open during peak season), where you can buy drinks, baked goods, bread rolls, pizzas, groceries or cigarettes. The huts are located in the middle of the Schladming Tauern with gentle green alpine valleys, fresh air, magnificent limestone walls of the glaciated Dachstein, countless peaks and 300 mountain lakes!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schladming with excellent restaurants, pubs, apr\u00e8s ski, shops, bakery 500 m. The piste leads directly past the huts, descent 300 m to the Planai West lifts or chairlift (Hochwurzen). In the hut village there is a 300 m\u00b2 swimming pond and a small playground. Wonderful hiking or mountain bike routes from the house, golf 6 km, rafting 3 km, ski school 300 m. Charging station for your electric car (22kw, type 2) on site!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sie bewohnen das komplette Obergescho\u00df des Haupthauses. Der Shop im EG ist in der Hauptsaison meist von 8:00 – 10:00 und 15:30 – 18:30 Uhr ge\u00f6ffnet. Die \u00fcbrige Zeit sind Sie ganz alleine im Haus. Das luxuri\u00f6se Appartement hat 3 Schlafzimmern f\u00fcr je 2-4 Personen mit je einem Doppelbett und Ausziehcouch (160x200cm). 1 Bad mit Sauna, Dusche und WC. 1 WC separat. Gem\u00fctliches Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, Sitzecke, Couch, SAT-TV, perfekt ausgestattete K\u00fcchenecke mit E-Herd, Backofen, K\u00fchlschrank, Geschirrsp\u00fcler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Mikrowelle. Bierzapfanlage (f\u00fcr jene F\u00e4sser welche vor Ort erh\u00e4ltlich sind). DVD-CD-Player, W-LAN, beheizter Schuhtrockner vorhanden. Auf Wunsch Hochstuhl, Kinderbett (klappbares Reisebett 60x120cm). Wir bitten Sie im Appartement nicht zu rauchen. Vor dem Haus Sitzplatz, Terrasse, Griller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
