Position<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two huts are about 20m apart, on a large meadow, quiet and sunny, between Radstadt and Schladming, about 3km from the town of Forstau. The location on the high plateau is ideal for families and guests who want to enjoy the quiet location on the edge of the forest, the fresh air, the evening sun until autumn and the view of the mountains. (Please no party guests)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forstau town 3km, Fageralm ski area 3km, Schladming-Dachstein holiday region "Ski amade" with the largest range of slopes and lifts in Austria (760km of slopes and 270 lifts), access to the Reiteralm ski area 3km, ski school 3km, bathing pond 4km, swimming pool 8km, ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours! Amade thermal spa 16km. We will be happy to serve you in our cozy alpine inn 100m away. Enjoy good home cooking with a glass of wine after a day of skiing or hiking. We are happy to accommodate individual requests!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furnishing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The cabins are very comfortable and built entirely from wood. Each cabin has: Ground floor: Large, cozy cabin lounge with fireplace and satellite TV, integrated, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, 2 refrigerators with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Exit to the sun terrace with bench and grill. 1 bedroom for 2-4 people with double bed and pull-out couch if required with shower\/toilet. Sauna with shower, whirlpool. 1 toilet. Upper floor: 4 bedrooms each with double bed and pull-out couch if required, internet connection and WiFi. 2 showers. 2 toilets. Central heating, bathrooms with underfloor heating, hair dryer. Use of the washing machine in the inn on request. Bread roll service. Non-smoking cabin!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional costs on site subject to minor changes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Electricity \u20ac 0.60\/kwh, overnight tax \u20ac 1.90 + running costs currently \u20ac 1\/person\/night, final cleaning \u20ac 250. Deposit \u20ac 800. Pet \u20ac 70, bed linen \u20ac 8\/set, towel \u20ac 4\/set can be rented. Extra bed in the cabin \u20ac 15\/night.\u00a0

The price is valid according to the price table for up to 16 people. In addition, there are extra beds in the hut on request for \u20ac 15,-\/night and then in the basement of each hut: 2 additional double rooms each with shower\/WC, satellite TV, internet. Payment on site and can be booked additionally (\u20ac 25,-\/person\/night on site)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
