Above the town of Lofer, standing alone on a large meadow, above the road, with a beautiful view. If there is enough snow, there is a descent to the hut from the ski area. If there is enough snow, you can ski down from the hut to the ski bus station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Distances<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lofer town for shopping with restaurants, swimming pool, bike rental, tennis 1.5km. Fresh farm products\/farm sales available 300m away. Lofer ski area 1km. Waidring bathing lake 10km, hiking and cycling trails directly from the house! The Loferer Alm offers wonderful refreshment in summer: 2 mountain lakes on the Alm invite you to cool off! The waterfall trail offers 12 sparkling stations and leads through shady forest and along roaring waterfalls up to the Alm.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The farmhouse has on the ground floor: living room with seating area and fireplace, kitchenette with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer with 3 compartments, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. Save waste: the hut has the best drinking water and a Sodastream device. Cozy living room with satellite TV and radio, couch (can be used as an extra bed if required). Bathroom with tub, Finnish sauna, toilet. 1 double room. Upper floor: 1 triple and 1 quadruple room with a double bed and a bunk bed. Electric central heating and fireplace. Wi-Fi (for a fee). Wide meadows in front of the house. To the side a carport for 2 cars, seating area with grill, fountain, deck chairs.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
