Position<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hut is very sunny, absolutely quiet, with a wonderful view, in the middle of the skiing and hiking area on the Loferer Alm. In winter, you can reach it by cable car and then by chairlift and a slight incline (luggage transport with the hut owner) or non-skiers can walk 1km to the hut after the cable car. In summer, you can drive directly there in your own car (1x toll). In summer, the cows are on the mountain pasture and the landlord comes by twice a day to milk them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lofer town for shopping 7km, ski area in front of the hut, high-altitude cross-country skiing trail in front of the hut, ski school with children's area at the gondola, hiking trails e.g. the Sch\u00f6nb\u00fchel circular hiking trail directly from the hut, serviced hut 700m. Almsee 1km, Waidring bathing lake 17km, tennis 8km, golf 24km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furnishing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hut has on the ground floor: large living room with seating area, couch, satellite TV, kitchen with electric stove, oven, wood stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster. Display cabinet with farm's own organic products. 1 double room, shower\/toilet. First floor: 1 double room, 1 six-bed room with bunk bed. Shower\/toilet. Basement: sauna. Games room with pool table. Wood central heating. In front of the hut there is a terrace with seating, fountain, grill, deck chairs and a wonderful view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Electricity \u20ac 0.50\/kwh, local tax currently \u20ac 1.80, wood \u20ac 40\/week, waste disposal \u20ac 10, pet \u20ac 30\/week. Final cleaning \u20ac 80, deposit \u20ac 250. Luggage transport by snowmobile \u20ac 60\/trip (1 trip = there and back), bed linen \u20ac 10\/set can be rented, towel set \u20ac 5 can be rented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
